Job Description:
This job consisted of removing the existing roof of the
old coal hole. The coal hole was once used to heat the
building but as time went on and the room was not used, the
ceiling started to need repairing. All new structural steel was
fabricated and installed along with a new concrete roof.
The ceiling to the coal hole also served as part of the
school's parking lot. The entire parking lot of Faison
Intermediate Academy was re-paved with new asphalt
paving as well as some concrete paving.
