Job Description:
This project consisted of creating a new municipal center, police station and gym facility for the
Borough of Dormont. The building that was renovated was the old Hillsdale Elementary School. All of the
existing interior finishes were removed as well as many of the interior walls. The building was redesigned
to meet the needs of the borough and built back from new. A small addition was built as well as all new
aluminum windows and storefronts. A new roofing system, paving, sidewalks and landscaping were also
done.
