Liokareas Construction Company, Inc.
|

Liokareas Construction Company was founded in 1980 by owner, John
Liokareas. In the 1980's and early 1990's the company focused primarily on
commercial, community development renovation projects. The majority of the
work performed was in Allegheny and Washington Counties, primarily in
Pittsburgh, McKeesport and Washington, PA. Some of these projects included;
Renovations to Crawford Village Apartments (1985-86), Renovations to
Bassetown Manor (1989), Roof Modifications at Addison Terrace (1995).
In the Mid 1990's Liokareas Construction expanded their renovation work to
include school and office renovations for several different municipalities,
colleges, and privately funded companies. With the expansion of their work
classification, also came an expansion in their target work areas. Work was now
being performed in Indiana, Somerset, Westmoreland, Fayette, Greene, and
Beaver counties in addition to Allegheny and Washington.
In the late 1990's and early 00's Liokareas Construction began undertaking
several projects in excavation work. This work included storm sewers, water
lines, and many other excavation related projects for several different boroughs
and redevelopment authorities in Western Pennsylvania.
In addition to renovation work, Liokareas Construction has also built several
custom homes in the following townships; Upper St. Clair, Peters Township,
Canonsburg, North Strabane, and Fairchance, PA.
Much of our past and current work can be viewed on our portfolio page,
